Do you process exchanges?

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply send it back to us within 30 days of the original order date. You are responsible for return shipping. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Zappos you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 365 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the Fulfillment Centers. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-15 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Do your pre-paid labels cover international returns?

Regrettably, our pre-paid labels do not cover the price for international returns. To use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States.

I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Certificate or Gift Card, how does that work?

Orders with Gift Certificates/Gift Cards as payment will be refunded back to a Gift Certificate for your convenience. New Gift Certificate codes will be emailed to your email address on file.
